We take pride in our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• All items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Returns are accepted unless the product has been opened or used.
• You must provide a reason for the return.

How to Start a Return:

• Email us at thedripvision@gmail.com with your order number.
• We will send you instructions for the return and the address to ship the product to.
• Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Additional Information:

• No restocking fees.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not offer exchanges: if you want a different item, please place a new order.
